We are regularly asked to manufacturer mattresses for the Rapido 946F motorhome due to its irregular shape and size. We were recently contacted by John who was getting too hot at night in his motorhome during the summer and was no longer finding the original mattress comfortable. Having talked him through the various options, it was decided that the most suitable mattress was our Cool Memory Foam which is specially designed to retain less body heat and maintain a more neutral temperature. Cut to fit your Rapido 9465F Motorhome
John sent in a copy of the dimensions he had taken and using this we were able to produce a scale production plan which can be seen below. Using these dimensions our production team were able to successfully cut and shape the chosen foam to fit. Once a quilted cover was cut, shaped and stitched to fit. A zip was added so the cover can be removed for cleaning should it ever get marked.
For ease of installation the mattress was sent vacuum packed and rolled. This makes getting a large mattress through the narrow door of a motorhome much easier. Do not rely on the measurements shown in the diagram below. Always check and take your own measurements to ensure the correct fit for your space.
