We recently had a customer come to us to order a new mattress for their newly bought Swift Archway Sport caravan. After a few uncomfortable nights they decided enough was enough and a new mattress was in order. Wanting to keep as cool as possible during those hot sticky summer nights, they opted for our Cool Memory Foam which ensures very little heat is retained in the mattress in turn leading to a cooler and more restful nights sleep.

Cut to fit your Swift Archway Sport caravan
We first took the dimensions from the customer of the space in which the new mattress was going to be fitted. Once the customer had provided this, we drew up a set of blueprints, as quick as we could, using our specialist software. As soon as we had drawn up the designs, we sent these over for approval. The customer was very happy with how their new mattress was going to look, so we got to work creating it. Our complex machinery cuts your mattress exactly how the design illustrates. Once the product has been created, we roll it up in a vacuum pack. This makes sure the mattress isn’t damaged during delivery or doesn’t damage the inside of the caravan when fitting the mattress.
