After buying a used Swift Challenger 540, Martin from Lancashire decided that the old, and now uncomfortable mattress supplied with the caravan had seen better days and a replacement was needed. Martin sent over the measurements of his challenger 540 mattress which allowed us to produce a scale production plan. The drawing above shows the plan of his new mattress. As you can see in the photos the mattress provides a perfect fit. Whilst the diagram above provided a perfect fit for Martins Swift Challenger 540 caravan mattress, please do not assume that the dimensions shown on this drawing will fit yours.
