Christmas delivery information
If you order your mattress (and approve any relevant confirmations/delivery charges) on/before the 12th December, we estimate it should arrive before Christmas. This is an estimate only however and lead times still apply.
If you order after the 12th December, we’ll still do our very best to get your mattress dispatched before Christmas, but please understand this may not be possible.
During the festive period, our production team will still be working hard making mattresses, however our offices will be closed. During this time, emails and phone lines will NOT be monitored.

NOTE: If an order dispatched before Christmas does not arrive on/before 23rd December, our couriers may re-schedule this for delivery 2nd January onwards.
