If you’d like to try our mattresses in person, you can experience our full range of mattresses at our Kent offices. If you’re unable to visit our offices in Kent, give us a call and we’ll run through your requirements and our range of products over the phone.
Please note: Visits are by appointment only, so please contact us prior to your visit.
Your new mattress will be sent vacuum packed and rolled for ease of transportation. Your mattress should not be left rolled for any longer than 2 weeks from the date of dispatch from ourselves. Failure to open within 2 weeks causes changes in the integrity of the foam which affects how the different layers of the mattress interact and therefore feel. In addition you could notice the mattress does not return back to the correct size once opened. For these reasons all mattresses should be opened within 2 weeks.
If you won’t require your mattress until after a future date, please leave a note at the checkout requesting this
In most cases your new mattress will regain to around 90% (+/-) of it’s original size within the first 30 minutes of being unpacked. It will then take at least 48 hours to recover to it’s final size.
We recommend leaving your mattress a minimum of 6 hours before fitting sheets and sleeping on it for the first time.
Regrettably once an order has been received we will be unable to amend your delivery address, so please ensure your address is correct at the time of ordering
