Covid-19 Update

Please be advised we are currently experiencing a higher volume of orders than normal. We endeavour to deliver all orders as soon as possible and thank you for your patience

Due to limitations with the manufacturing of foam blocks during the pandemic, we are currently only able to take new orders for selected mattresses made with either our Gel Foam or Cool Memory Foam Mattresses

We believe in creating comfortable mattresses made with precision, care and pride. Just as ‘Rome wasn’t built in a day’ neither are our mattresses and all great things are created with time.

We are continuing to operate and process orders as normal during the COVID-19 pandemic, however pleased be advised that manufacturing and delivery times are sometimes taking longer a little longer than advertised due to the challenges the pandemic poses. As a result we ask that you please allow some extra time for your order to arrive.

Current lead times (approx.)

Rectangular Mattresses: 3 – 6 weeks
Shaped / Split Mattresses: 4 – 8 weeks

We remain committed to getting your order to you as soon as possible. The information above is offered as an estimation only and delivery times may vary.

Bed frames and fitted sheets remain unaffected and will be dispatched as normal

New orders

We are still accepting new orders however please allow extra time for your order to arrive whilst we work through the backlog of existing orders.

Any indication of delivery time shown on the website should be ignored and at present we are unable to advise of an ETA, however we endeavour to dispatch your order as soon as possible.

Existing orders

If you have not received your order, we do apologise for the delay and thank you for your patience during these difficult times. We endeavour to get your item/s to you as soon as possible, however please allow extra time for your order to be dispatched whilst we work through the backlog of orders.

Any indication of delivery time previously given should be ignored and we do apologise if your order is taking longer than expected. We endeavour to dispatch your order as soon as possible.

If your question relates to an existing order which has been delayed we thank you for your patience during these difficult times.

Where possible, we aim to provide you with an email notification of when your new mattress is out for delivery with our couriers. The courier will attempt deliveries Mon-Fri between 8am-6pm. If you are out at the time of delivery the courier will try delivery on the following working day. Due to the size of our items we are unable to deliver to PO box addresses. All deliveries will require a signature on arrival and we are unable to provide the couriers with instructions to leave items in a safe place. For insurance purposes couriers are unable to enter the property and can provide delivery to the main entrance of the property only.

Where a request is made to contact you with an expected day of arrival, we will typically email you on the morning of your delivery where possible, however no guarantee of this service is offered or implied. If in doubt please contact us and request an update.

When using a 3rd party parcel courier there is always the chance that delays can occur that are out of our control. Please bear this in mind when ordering
