Covid-19 Update

We are continuing to operate and process orders as normal during the COVID-19 pandemic, however pleased be advised we are currently receiving higher volumes of orders than normal. As a result manufacturing and delivery times are taking a little longer and we ask that you please allow some extra time for your order to arrive.

We believe in creating comfortable mattresses made with precision, care and pride. Just as ‘Rome wasn’t built in a day’ neither are our mattresses and all great things are created with time!

Current lead times (approx.)

– Rectangular Mattresses: 3 – 6 weeks
– Shaped / Split Mattresses: 4 – 8 weeks
Fitted Sheets: 1 – 3 weeks
– Bed Frames: 3 – 8 weeks

Due to a worldwide shortage of some key components used in the production of polyurethane foams, there is currently a global shortage of foam. This has had a severe impact on the entire upholstery, furnishing and bedding industry with many factories temporarily closing their doors. Thankfully we remain open and at time of publishing have good stock levels enabling us to still take new orders. Please be advised the current situation could lead to delays or situations where substitute components of similar or equivalent quality may be used to maintain a continuous supply.

If your question relates to an existing order which has been delayed we thank you for your patience during these difficult times.

Where possible, we aim to provide you with an email notification of when your new mattress is out for delivery with our couriers. The courier will attempt deliveries Mon-Fri between 8am-6pm. If you are out at the time of delivery the courier will try delivery on the following working day. Due to the size of our items we are unable to deliver to PO box addresses. All deliveries will require a signature on arrival and we are unable to provide the couriers with instructions to leave items in a safe place. For insurance purposes couriers are unable to enter the property and can provide delivery to the main entrance of the property only.

Where a request is made to contact you with an expected day of arrival, we will typically email you on the morning of your delivery where possible, however no guarantee of this service is offered or implied. If in doubt please contact us and request an update.

When using a 3rd party parcel courier there is always the chance that delays can occur that are out of our control. Please bear this in mind when ordering
