At present, lead times are excellent and we’re regularly meeting / exceeding the estimates shown below:
Mattresses: 1 – 2 weeks
Mattress toppers: 1 – 2 weeks
Fitted sheets: 2 – 4 weeks
Bed frames: 1 – 4 weeks

All lead times are estimates and may vary. Just as ‘Rome wasn’t built in a day,’ neither are our beds and mattresses, and we believe in taking proper care and attention when manufacturing your order.

How long does delivery take?
All products are made to order, meaning turnaround times can vary. Please view our current lead times for more information.
Do we have a showroom?
Yes! If you’d like to try our mattresses in person, you can experience our full range of mattresses at our Kent offices. If you’re unable to visit our offices in Kent, give us a call and we’ll run through your requirements and our range of products over the phone.

How long can my mattress be left vacuum packed and rolled?
Your new mattress will be sent vacuum packed and rolled for ease of transportation. It should not be left rolled for longer than two weeks from the date of dispatch. Failure to open it within two weeks may affect the integrity of the foam and how the different layers of the mattress interact and feel. You may also find that the mattress does not recover to its correct size once opened.
If you won’t require your mattress until a future date, please leave a note at checkout requesting a later dispatch date.
How long will my mattress take to recover back to full size?
In most cases, your new mattress will recover to around 90% (+/-) of its original size within the first 30 minutes of being unpacked. It will then take at least 48 hours to recover to its final size.
We recommend leaving your mattress for a minimum of six hours before fitting sheets and sleeping on it for the first time.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
Regrettably, once an order has been received, we are unable to amend the delivery address. Please ensure your address is correct before placing your order.

Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered Monday – Friday between 8AM – 6PM. Our couriers are often unable to provide an estimated arrival time. Read more about delivery.
We offer free mainland UK delivery on most orders, although some geographical restrictions apply. See delivery charges for details.
Orders for multiple items may arrive separately.
