Sourcing fitted sheets for non standard size mattresses has previously been particularly difficult, until now. Our bespoke fitted sheet service allows you to order custom size fitted sheets made to fit your exact shape and size with ease.
Hand made from Egyptian Cotton, our custom fitted sheets are tailor made to fit any shape or size of mattress. A high 400 thread count provides a soft, silky feel. The fully elasticated edge provides a better fit.

Why is thread count so important?
Thread count (or TC) refers to the number of threads used to produce 1 square inch of fabric. As a simplified rule, the higher the thread count, the higher the quality of the fabric.
The textile industry considers cotton with 150TC to be average quality, 180TC to be good quality and anything of 200TC or above to be of higher quality.
When considering fitted sheets we wouldn’t entertain fabrics with less than 200TC. All our bespoke fitted sheets are made exclusively with 400TC Egyptian cotton
So why don’t we use 400TC plus fabrics?
It’s easy to assume as thread count increases, so does quality… well not entirely! Sometimes, extra threads are added in-between the weft and warp threads to boost thread count. As a result you may find fabrics with thread counts ranging from 500 – 1,000TC! In this scenario, the idea of quality being a direct result of thread count is misleading. Typically, the highest number of threads on a loom is around 400. So, anything above 400TC is usually created by inserting extra threads to artificially increase the count.
Why Egyptian Cotton?
As well as thread count, there are 2 additional factors to consider when assessing the quality of a fabric: – What is the raw material – is it cotton or polyester? – What country have the raw materials come from? A lower thread count consisting of high quality fibres (e.g Egyptian or Pima cotton) often feels and washes better than fabric with a higher thread count created from lower quality threads (e.g polyester). All our bespoke fitted sheets are custom made using 400TC Egyptian cotton for a softer, silkier feel.

We ordered 400 thread sheets. When they arrived, we found that they had been made in India. No problem, but we did think like the mattresses, they would be made in the UK. The plastic that they were wrapped in made the sheets smell so they had to be washed before use.
So disappointed. We have in the past ordered a mattress from them, which is great. So not sure quite why the sheets were so poor. It seems at odds with the rest of the comments

The only small criticism I have is that because I live on the Isle of Man I had to pay £5 delivery charge which is absolutely fine. However, that did not show when I ordered the sheets and I received an email requesting the delivery charge before the sheets could be sent. It would be far better if the system was set up to show that charge when ordering online. Not a deal breaker though, I would still order from custom size beds again.
