Custom Size Fitted Sheets – Fully Elasticated
Theres nothing worse than waking up in the middle of the night to find your bed sheets have slipped away from your mattress. If you own a custom size mattress you’ll likely know this better than most!
Sourcing fitted sheets for non standard size mattresses has previously been particularly difficult, until now. Our bespoke fitted sheet service allows you to order custom size fitted sheets made to fit your exact shape and size with ease.
Hand made from Egyptian Cotton, our custom fitted sheets are tailor made to fit any shape or size of mattress. A high 400 thread count provides a soft, silky feel. The fully elasticated edge provides a better fit.
Show off your personality by choosing from 1 of the 6 different colour options at no extra cost.
We’re able to make custom size fitted sheets to fit most shapes and sizes. Whether you’re looking for fitted sheets to fit an odd size bed, an antique bed, a caravan, a campervan mattress, a motorhome or even a boat, we’re here to help. Constructed with a fully elasticated border, sleep sound in the knowledge that your sheets aren’t going to detach from your mattress.
Why is thread count so important?
Thread count (or TC) refers to the number of threads used to produce 1 square inch of fabric. As a simplified rule, the higher the thread count, the higher the quality of the fabric.
The textile industry considers cotton with 150TC to be average quality, 180TC to be good quality and anything of 200TC or above to be of higher quality.
When considering fitted sheets we wouldn’t entertain fabrics with less than 200TC. All our bespoke fitted sheets are made exclusively with 400TC Egyptian cotton
So why don’t we use 400TC plus fabrics?
It’s easy to assume as thread count increases, so does quality… well not entirely! Sometimes, extra threads are added in-between the weft and warp threads to boost thread count. As a result you may find fabrics with thread counts ranging from 500 – 1,000TC! In this scenario, the idea of quality being a direct result of thread count is misleading. Typically, the highest number of threads on a loom is around 400. So, anything above 400TC is usually created by inserting extra threads to artificially increase the count.
Why Egyptian Cotton?
As well as thread count, there are 2 additional factors to consider when assessing the quality of a fabric: – What is the raw material – is it cotton or polyester? – What country have the raw materials come from? A lower thread count consisting of high quality fibres (e.g Egyptian or Pima cotton) often feels and washes better than fabric with a higher thread count created from lower quality threads (e.g polyester). All our bespoke fitted sheets are custom made using 400TC Egyptian cotton for a softer, silkier feel.

Mark Deane –
A bit surprised is my comment headline.
We ordered 400 thread sheets. When they arrived, we found that they had been made in India. No problem, but we did think like the mattresses, they would be made in the UK. The plastic that they were wrapped in made the sheets smell so they had to be washed before use.
So disappointed. We have in the past ordered a mattress from them, which is great. So not sure quite why the sheets were so poor. It seems at odds with the rest of the comments
Emma L –
Really happy, fits perfectly and is very soft. Washes well too!

The sheet fits the very large mattress perfectly. U can be confident of these reviews. This is a very strong and qulaity oriented compamy. And if a product does not arrive “tomorrow”, it’s for the very good reason that they are making it the best it can possibly be.
Norman Childerstone –
Great service great quality
Vicky Stone –

Elaine Morgan –
Excellent service and quality.
Nigel –
I ordered my mattress to be a custom size and for a long time thereafter I tried to make-do with an elasticated bottom sheet of the closest size typically available. The situation was hopeless, the standard size fitted bottom sheets were for ever popping off making the bed really uncomfortable, then I discovered this service offering custom sizes. The custom sheets cost a little more but the fit is fantastic and never pops off, I am so delighted, finally now I get a lovely comfortable nights sleep every night, just marvellous.
Simon –
I was just replacing the sheets thst we got 22 years ago when we got married! I have to say that the sheets we ordered were if very high quality and once in the bed they fitted perfectly. I can honestly say it was the best nights sleep I’ve had in years. They are soft and luxurious and more importantly they washed well also. Very happy.
John Edmonds –
The sheet I ordered fitted perfectly on my mattress. I like them to fit tightly and not near enough. This one was exactly the right size. Previously, I used to buy them from John Lewis’s made-to-measure department, but after recently enquiring, they no longer provide this service. I have to say that my new sheet fits better than the JL one. Well done.
Christine – 14 December 2022 –
I love my fitted sheet. Like the colour too . I will be ordering another one but will review the size to fit more snugly.

Jonathan Bone –
We ordered a custom sized mattress to fit our over length bed frame and for the first time we have a mattress that fits without a huge gap at the top for the pillows to fall into. The mattress arrived much quicker than expected, is extremely comfortable, and the fitted sheet we ordered arrived the next day and is very good quality. Very pleased with the product and the service.
Susan Dixon –

HEATHER GREAVES –
So glad I found this site, I have ordered a small single mattress plus an extra protective cover and a fitted sheet. So pleased with the quality of the goods and service.
I’m going to order another fitted sheet. Thank you so much.
Marlene Akitt –
Ordered 2 custom made fitted sheets- they are great quality, well made and a joy to sleep on.
The only small criticism I have is that because I live on the Isle of Man I had to pay £5 delivery charge which is absolutely fine. However, that did not show when I ordered the sheets and I received an email requesting the delivery charge before the sheets could be sent. It would be far better if the system was set up to show that charge when ordering online. Not a deal breaker though, I would still order from custom size beds again.
andrew wrigley –
We’ve just received our CutsomSizeBeds mattress with 2 fitted sheets. Had a first comfy nights testing it out in the back of our van. Top marks!!

Excellent service & very high quality finish. Super pleased with the result.
Colin Bryan –
I ordered a made to measure fitted bed sheet. It arrived quickly and fitted okay but I was disappointed with the quality of the cotton. It does not have the softness or smoothness I hoped for from Egyptian Cotton. It is a bit scratchy to my skin.
Jackie –
Perfect custom sheet for my super king sized mattress, very good fit and great fabric.
Bryan R –
I purchased a fitted sheet for my camper van. Great comms and the item was perfect

We renovated our son’s bedroom and had a custom mattress made to fit the built in bed. We ordered the first sheet which was perfect. It’s was easy to follow the measure instructions. Doreen Everitt –
Very nice fitted sheets. Made to it oiur huge bed perfectly. I will most certaily buy from this company again.
Claret –
Fitted sheet arrived without any email saying it had been dispatched so was a bit of a surprise just when I was wondering what had happened to it!
It’s great to have a good quality custom sized sheet! It is an extremely tight fit though – made exactly to measurements provided and no ease in the length and width at all.
Lisa –
As I had to get a bigger mattress of course had to get bigger sheets to fit.
They fit lovey and feel so soft, the only thing I don’t like is the price, but understand why they cost that much , so it’s a case of duck it up cos need a proper size sheet to fit the mattres.
Andrew Newman –
Really pleased with the quality and speed of delivery of the custom sized fitted sheet for the new mattress for my son’s bed on our canal boat.
Thanks so much.
Alan Lush –
Great service and a terrific product at a great price. Manufactured to the exact measurements we provided. Washes well, and is comfortable to sleep on.
Helen Stangret –
Fits ok but “skirt” (I think that’s the word for the bit of sheet that tucks under) very short so comes untucked very easily.
Kari –
Very pleased with the quality of the custom sized fitted sheets. Had previously experienced sheets easily coming untucked (from a different supplier), so this time provided slightly larger measurements which was perfect for a generous ‘tucking under’. Will definitely order again.
Chris Fletcher –
Very good sheets, and the material is perfect for warm weather.
A Thorp –
This is our second purchase. We bought a fitted custom sheet for our Motorhome 2 years ago. It has been washed and tumble dried across European campsites and is now even softer. We now have 2 colours to alternate.
Karen Forrest –
Beautifully made, lovely quality fabric. Really luxurious to the touch. Launder very well. I am still having to use a sheet strap to hold the width tight which I thought having made to measure on an adjustable bed would resolve. But I am pleased with sheets overall.
Penny Lidgard –
The custom made Sheet, I have is super quality and fits beautifully. It also doesn’t move on the mattress, I find sheets that move around during the night very annoying. We all deserve a good comfortable sleep
Rhiannon Cosslett –
The fitted sheet is great quality and a perfect fit for our mattress.
David Sclater –
Excellent service from start to finish. Gavin was especially helpful with making sure I had exacly what I needed and that it was to be delivered on an appropriate date. I dealt with multiple members of the team and each was a helpful as the last. I can’t thank the company enough for what they have done to help me with my order.
Marty Sanders –
Very pleased with both service and our new fitted sheet. Would definitely recommend to others.
S Denton –
Really pleased with the fitted sheets, they were for a custom bed size for my tall son. Great quality and fit along with great communication from the company and fast delivery. Would definitely recommend.
Roy Millington –
Very happy with the custom sheets ordered. It was difficult to find sheets to fit a very deep European single mattress, particularly with colour options.
Martin Koster –
Custom fitted sheet was made exactly to size and eventhough it was made in India it arrived here in the UK in no time. Looks good quality, Time will tell, but happy for now
Jeremiah –
Very pleased with my order it was great quality

Quality is good. Sheet fitted very well (only tried 1 of the 2 I bought so far). I’m happy.

Ordered a custom fitted sheet as it’s the only way I’ve found online to get the unique depth measurement I needed for my odd sized mattress. Really happy with the material and finish. Planning to order another one in a different colour
Debra Dyche –
This is my second purchase of a fitted sheet for our water bed. Easy to order, sheet is a perfect fit and of good quality. Will definitely be back and I would highly recommend 👌
Theresa Warren –
This fitted sheet offers a comfortable night’s sleep. The fabric feels pleasant against the skin and drapes nicely. While it proved a touch loose for my preference, a simple sheet strap resolved this minor concern. Overall, I am quite pleased with the sheets.
Steve Mellor –
Great product and so much easier fitting the mattress perfectly!
Abbi Wilcox –
Responsive to questions and custom order arrived quickly! Still waiting for our new mattress (coming from a different company) so not able to check measurements yet.
Jean Macdonald –
I recently ordered 2 fitted sheets from your company, to be delivered to Spain. I just want to let you know that your service was exceptional. The quality of the sheets is also very impressive.
It’s great that the results match the promises!
Wendy Wilson –
Beautiful material and arrived much sooner than I was expecting! Very reasonable price as well compared to other offerings. Will be ordering again from this company!
Ryan S –
Excellent product exeactly as described, fits perfectly to the measurements supplied and has not shifted at all after being placed on the bed. Heavy fabric which gives a good feeling of sturdyness and protection for the mattress and colour exactly as shown on the website. Great product all around.
Paul Berry –
Just purchased 2 odd sized single, fitted sheets. Had to wait a couple of weeks for delivery from India but they arrived and they are a good fit and really good quality.
Thanks
Brian Harbottle –

Ordered a fitted sheet for my Exped Megamat Max. Couldn’t find an off the shelf one anywhere, the sheet is perfect. Really good quality and much less of a snug fit than the official sheet I had for my previous Exped sleep pad.
Very happy with the product.
Angela Moir –
Orderd a fitted sheet for an island bed in our motorhome as we got fed up with a slightly too small one pinging off and a too big one wrinkling up. It came unexpectedly quickly and fitted perfectly. Wished we’d done it sooner.
