   After extensive research, phone calls and bed-sampling in shops, I decided on this mattress and I’ve not been disappointed! I’ve been suffering from lower back ache for a few years due to the difference in weight between my husband and I – I’ve been sleeping on a tilt as my old sprung mattress was well past it – but a recent back injury has purged me on to buying a new mattress,

   The reason I went for this mattress is because it is a very similar match to Benson’s iGel Apollo, which I identified as being my favourite when trecking round the bed showrooms. I’d decided I didn’t want another sprung mattress as they’re too bouncy and as a light sleeper I’m far too aware of the movements of the other person in bed. It’s quite firm so there is no rolling into the centre, you are extremely unaware of the other person in bed, and at the same time it is very comfortable as the cool memory foam topper gives the same sinking sensation as memory foam, only it responds far quicker so you don’t get stuck in your imprint. Cool Memory is also not heat retentive like memory foam either, so you don’t get too hot in warmer weather.

   At a fraction of the price of anything you can buy in the shops it is well worth buying one of these. My only conern was the amount it would cost me to send it back if I didn’t like it (courier cost plus re-vacuuming cost) but I decided that if I hated it I’d just use it in the spare room instead!

   I would rate this mattress as being on the firmer side of medium, supportive, comfortable and most importantly – no back ache!

   I should also mention that delivery was very quick – next day! And once unwrapped it expanded into shape almost immediately, we slept on it that same night. I should also point out that there was practically no smell like some reviews I’ve read. I had to press my nose right in to sniff it and even then it was just a mild clinical smell that didn’t linger at all.

   My advice: if you’re looking to buy a foam mattress for the first time, do some research first on the differences between memory foam, Gel foam, cool memory foam and latex so you know what they all are, then go trying out beds and see what ‘feel’ you like best. There is a website that I found with extensive information, videos and comparisons to branded beds, as well as very helpful staff when I phoned up, but I cannot mention them here for obvious reasons! Just search online, there’s lots of information out there.

   However, I can say that I also phoned Sensation Sleep on a couple of occasions for information and they too were very helpful and informative about the foams, except I chose a different one to their recommendation, based on my own research.

   I am very happy with my purchase and am finally experiencing comfortable sleep! As for my husband, he can sleep on anything!

   I bought two of these for my daughters aged 10 & 16 and have been delighted with them. Both girls have hardly left their bedrooms since we bought them! I can’t believe we persevered with sprung mattresses for so long. Excellent quality and good value – we received excellent service and quick delivery.    We bought our custom mattress as we’d had a custom made bed built for one of our children to fit in a small bedroom. The mattress is incredibly comfortable and soft, a decent thickness and was made and delivered ridiculously fast!!
   The customer service was first rate and ordering this mattress was so simple. I would definitely recommend using custom size beds to anyone and am actually looking to get two more mattresses from here in due course! I liked the idea of a cool memory foam as memory foam is known for making the sleeper too hot. This for children will be perfect. All the support but without the overheating. Oh and the price was one of the best I found on the interent for the service and quality we received so all in all I’m very pleased and extremely satisfied!

   I received superb help and advise from start to finish!

   I wanted a replacement mattress for my motorhome which was not a standard size, after much searching I decided to use customesizebeds due to the variety and price of their mattresses. Once I had made my template, which was easily made by drawing around the existing mattress, I sent it off and received my new mattress within a week. I was not sure if the Cool Memory Foam topping would make a lot of difference but it provides a cool and comfortable nights sleep which can be essential in a motorhome. The service I received was outstanding with fast responses to my (many!) email’s. I wojuld not hesitate in recommending this company.

   After lots of sleepless nights on our very hard Globecar bed and much experimenting with feather and down mattress topper and then a memory topper on top of that! I began my search and came across custom size beds and had a very lengthy and informative conversation with Myles
   We decided to go for the mattress hoping that this would be the answer.
   I have had spinal surgery so it was very important that we made the right choice
   The Globecar mattress had quite a few irregular cuts and that was causing a problem also.Myles suggested we draw a template and email that to him this was not a problem for this company.
   The mattress was promptly delivered and we have just had our first weekend with it fitted …WOW amazing I cannot praise it enough,when I took delivery I thought it felt very firm but believe me it was so comfortable also I noticed unlike the memory foam topper we did not get too warm
   Would highly recommend this company and would like to take this opportunity to thank Myles for all his help and for supplying so very quickly.

    Great service and very nice people to do business with. I needed help and advice in placing an order at 16:30 wednesday evening for two matresses and after being directed through the process the order was placed.     I purchased a fabulous custom sized cool 7inch memory foam mattress for my own bed. Although there was a minor set back when packages became mixed, Myles sorted the matter swiftly and efficiently, my package arrived rapidly, I popped the sealed mattress in position, it fitted perfectly and I really and truly own and sleep on the very best bed in the world. I had been having trouble sleeping – no more. I sleep like a well trained baby now.

    I had been searching for the best quality mattress I could find for our new LMC 595 VIP island bed. I nearly clicked the button on one such mattress, not as good quality as my ComfiCel Cool, but for over £1,000. A friend recommended me to Custom Beds and can not express how please we are with the product.

    The whole purchasing process end to end was faultless. Although custom made, our ComfiCel cool was delivered early. I could not stop smiling when we opened it as it was an exact fit, despite me juvenile drawing. Everything was checked with us prior to production and the staff (Myles) could not have been more attentive and reassuring.

    We have paid under 50% of what we were prepared to pay and can not be happier. We will be using Custom Beds from now on. We would could not be happier to recommend.

    From start to finish excellent customer service. I phoned on Monday morning to enquire about a new mattress for our abbey adventura 317. All options we’re explained and I ordered a cool memory foam 8″ with firmer base foam. Shortly after a scaled drawing was sent. I confirmed and only 4 days later the mattress arrived.     I ordered two single mattresses cut to fit into our King size bed frame. As a “restless” sleeper I thought having individual mattresses might cause my husband less disturbance. They arrived within a few days of my ordering and I was very confident that following advice and guidance from Myles that they would fit perfectly.
    Once unpacked they slotted into the frame beautifully. At first they do smell (called gassing off) and we did have to open the windows to air the room. The smell was quite strong for a few days but after that it gradually disappeared. Apart from that I have to say that these mattresses are amazing. Just the perfect amount of firmness (I’d say medium/firm), and so supportive in all the right places – no more waking up with aches and pains. Like sleeping on a cloud and so comfortable. We have slept like babies every night. The ComfiCel Cool Memory Foam meant no hot nights when we had a recent heatwave.
    If you were thinking of looking at more expensive memory foam mattresses you can stop looking right here and look no further. These two mattresses cost £200 less than all those fancy names you see on-line and I don’t think they are any better because when you check the foam specifications they are almost identical. This is money very well spent, great customer service and a fantastic product. Highly recommended.

    After searching for months to find something to make our Trailer bed mattress more comfortable we decided to get a new mattress made. We have a Princess Tabbert trailer and it has a curved edge to the bed frame. I got in touch with Custom Size Beds via email and they were exceptionally helpful and patient with me as I took measurements of the quite awkward bed frame. The process was super easy. I took photos, drew a quick diagram on a scrap of paper and they magically turned it into some very clever looking graphics which I then approved, and the new mattress was here within a week. It was so easy, we rolled it out onto the bed and I have to say, we have never had a better nights sleep. I cannot recommend Custom Size Beds more highly. Excellent customer service, nothing is too much trouble and the product itself is faultless. So comfortable and has changed our lives. Thank you so much! I wish we had done this a year ago!

    All contact with this company and Myles has been of a very professional and friendly nature. The mattress arrived very quickly and I’ve been using it for about ten days now and find it a very good product even in so short a time, and very comfortable and supportive (my last one, not from this Company sagged within a month of using it! ) and it does get back to its normal height very quickly after vacating the bed.

    My only slight concern is that the packaging was badly torn on delivery and I noted this on the delivery slip. However the mattress was not damaged at all.

    I will definitely recommend Customsizebeds to anyone who needs a new mattress.

    We recently received our comficel cool memory foam made to measure motorhome mattress for our Bessacar E560, thank you. It was delivered within the 2 weeks as you said and the mattress was a perfect fit once we had rolled it out into its place.
    I must say, I was very sceptical about ordering online but i was quickly reassured after speaking with Myles on the phone and in reading the great reviews on the website.     We ordered the cool memory foam for our motorhome hoping it will keep us cool in the summer. Especially when travelling abroad. The staff member was very helpful over the phone listening to what we needed and advising appropriately. 7 days later the mattress was in our motorhome. The bespoke mattress has fitted perfectly. We measured the space and then measured again just to make sure as it was an odd shape. We’re really happy, the company were very helpful and efficient.

    I ordered a round mattress as I imported a round bed from Italy and their mattresses were not UK compliant.
    This is the first memory foam mattress that have slept on, so I cannot compare to others, but it is medium firm and supportive.
    The ordering and delivery process was fine, although I was told that the cover is dry clean only. A bit of a pain if you want to regularly wash the cover. Otherwise it would be 5 stars.

    Thank you for such swift service! I rang to speak to someone on Friday afternoon – I think it was Myles I spoke too – he very quickly sorted out what I needed a two piece mattress with two different thicknesses – that I couldn’t do on the website. With his help the order was placed and the drawings soon arrived in my inbox. These were confirmed as correct and within 2 hours everything was in place. Myles said delivery would probably be Wednesday or Thursday, but it was actually Tuesday morning! What service.

    The advice we were given and the fit of our new mattress was first class. The bed fits perfectly, is very comfortable, and whilst all the double checking of measurements can seem a bit tedious, it is well worth it to get such a perfect fit.     I came across this company just by browsing for cool memory foam info. I had been in one well known bed shop and felt overpowered by the assistant so that put me off. There’s no way testing a bed in a showroom would help me make my mind up. My old mattress must have been about 15 yrs old, sprung with no more spring in it I tried to make up for that by putting on a memory foam topper. I liked the look of this one and after a chat with Myles, decided this one was for me. The reviews were excellent so a bit impulsively for me I placed my order. The bed arrived after a couple of days and I was notified by text of the time of delivery which was excellent, almost to the minute. My first night I wasn’t sure and thought the mattress was too firm but in comparison to my old one, anything would have felt that way. After my third night I can say I made the right choice. This mattress isn’t going to make my sciatica go away but at least I can be more comfortable. Neither is it suddenly going to change my sleep pattern and allow me to sleep through the night but at least I’m awake in comfort. In my opinion this is an excellent company, first class advice from Myles and no fuss delivery and all at a very reasonable price.

    Have slept about 40 nights on our mattress in our Swift Bolero motorhome. We ordered it about 3 weeks before a 10 day holiday last year, 2 days before leaving we hadn’t seen it so I gave them a call it turned out it had gone missing with the courier so the team got another mattress made and delivered in less than 24 hours, so outstanding customer service. The mattress is very comfortable with just the right balance of softness to give comfort and underlying firmness to give support. The cool memory foam is excellent with no overheating in summer even when temperatures are over 30C, but still warm in mid winter at -9C. All in all an excellent product and I cannot recommended it, or the company highly enough.

    Having an original mattress in our Fiat Geist we thought we would update to a new one. We chose this company because they have a good selection to chose from and an easy ordering process. Once we figured out how to measure the mattress we received a confirmation order and delivery was expected in 1-2 weeks. The mattress arrived within this time frame and was very well packaged. The mattress fits our bed frame exactly and is made to a very high standard.      Have now bought two of these with the additional “firm” option, to replace the single bed mattresses in our caravan, which were the original Swift memory foam ones. The original matresses did not give good support, made you feel uncomfortably hot during the night and made it difficult to move position. Bought the first one during the summer 2018 and had the opportunity to test it out in September – much better support and movement without feeling too hot, so have replaced the other side, which is a slightly different size. Very fast delivery on each mattress and they are supplied with a zipped cover.
     Incidentally the original first mattress was slightly shaped at the head end but ordering the replacement very slightly shorter meant we could order a rectangular one making a saving in cost and no difference to the feel.

     After 10+years on a very firm mattress we decided on a memory foam mattress to improve the quality of sleep. Tried several companies on the web but none could offer a custom size – our bed measures 210×160, made in Germany for taller people like myself.
     Then I found Custom Size Beds and liked the look of the Cool memory foam – an advance on the usual and often very warm memory foam. Order and delivery was all done in just a few days despite the extra length, couldn’t have asked for more! And a big plus… the price was around half of the other companies.

     I overheated the first night – slightly alarmed, thinking this might be a regular occurrence, but I realised I had slept with the down pushed up for bitter weather. Ensuing nights I’ve had the down more to my feet and enjoyed the comfort of sleeping really well.

     Would recommend the ComfiCel Cool to anyone. Thanks!

     I bought a rectangular(extra wide and extra short) mattress with 25cm depth memory foam. I am delighted with it, It arrived in less than a week and fits an awkward sized built in bed. It has a quality soft cover on that can be unzipped. I suffer from a progressive spinal problem and expect to wake up in pain. However, since using the mattress it has been more manageable on waking which has been a great bonus I never expected. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs an awkwardly sized shape or mattress or indeed just needs a mattress. The price was very reasonable and the mattress is well worth it. Also came with a free pillow. When it arrived it looked quite flat. I put it to one side and when I looked again it had puffed out as if by magic. Great free gift,

     For twice as much you can buy well-known, much advertised brands of memory foam mattresses. Each claim to be “the best” “the most comfortable” “have no roll or sensation of your partner moving”. Each claim to use the latest in foam technology. But why pay double the price, or more, just for a fancy name, when you can have the same quality of mattress for so much less? I have used Custom-Size mattresses on several occasions now, most recently to purchase two Super King Sized mattresses (one for my guest room). The 10″ deep Cool mattress is, in my opinion, better than the leading brand. It’s not too firm (although you can add a firmer foam to your order), it’s not too soft, it’s not sweaty. Both my husband and myself have been sleeping like babies and it has certainly been beneficial for my bad back. You will not be compromising quality over cost. It will be a purchase you can rest assured on.

Which we got from custom size beds, this October, after being let down by one company, which shortened our stay away because they did not keep their word about the time for delivery of said mattress, in fact they hadn’t even looked at it in the time frame we we’re supposed to receive it! This was after we had looked into custom sized beds but were put off by the 4 to 8 week delivery time, but possibly a bit earlier no promises (my words) But oh my word, after speaking to Debbie the receptionist who was extremely helpful on the couple of times I phoned her and another workmate who both said exactly the same thing, no changes here there or anywhere decided I very much liked their work ethic and decided to go for it! And whoohoooooooo was so excited because we got it after three weeks! That’s the kind of company I like, they say what they mean and mean what they say. And the Mattress is amazing, it grew in front of us, so very pleased and have been so impressed have told my motorhome group and friends about them as well!      Easy to order and prompt delivery. Great to have the option to order custom sizes.
     So far the mattresses are comfortable, although emit a smell, hopefully this will wear off. Time will tell the durability of comfort.
     We were a little disappointed with the mattress cover – this was damaged from the heat sealing of the vacuum pack. There was also damage to the base foam of one of the mattresses, possibly due to a tear when packaging but chose not to return as it is at the underside and we used our mattress covers from the original mattresses which are better quality and still in very good condition.

Very impressed, firm but extremely comfortable. The only thing I’d say is the width is generous…because of the quality of the mattress it doesn’t give well for fitting in the bed. We got it in but next time I would order a cm narrower to make putting sheets on easier. My fault for not thinking about that when ordering as I just used the measurements that were written on the previous mattress by a different company. Would definitely use again!!

     First, the product is fantastic. Do not think because it is custom made to your individual sizing the quality will be impacted. The quality is terrific.
     The website gives an excellent guide on how you should provide your specific sizing except for bed thickness. I could not see any guidance on how thick the mattress should be (many options are given, and you are left unsure which would be right for you)
     The only issues I would have is with the product delivery. Once we had the order confirmation, we heard no more until it was delivered. No guidance of when it is coming or delivery tracking
     The mattress was delivered whilst we were away and placed behind our back gate. Luckily it never rained before we returned. (The cardboard outer would have been soaked but I guess the mattress would have been protected by the next polythene wrapping layer.
     All in all, excellent product, excellent website, poor logistics notifications.

     A good comfortable mattress for my caravan. I have since bought a full king sized mattress of the same quality and sleep comfortably on it every night.

     However, my order was for a shaped mattress with maximum dimensions of 190 cm long and 132 cm wide to fit in my caravan. What I have (after allowing many weeks for the mattress to resume its proper shape) is a mattress 189 cm long and 134.5 cm wide.
     I ordered a width of 132 cm after following the advice on the customsizebeds website about measuring the space a mattress had to fit into (in my case 134 cm width), and deducting 2 cm for ease (giving me a width of 132cm). On the basis of my experience, you should change the advice to deduct at least 4 cm.
     Fortunately in my caravan the width restriction is not for the whole length of the bed, and I can cope with the extra width. But I am disappointed that it is not as ordered, and that disappointment has taken some of the fun out of getting a new, comfortable mattress!

     Five starts for comfort and service, 1 star deducted for the extra width.

     I contacted Sam from Customised Beds as we were looking to enhance our lifestyle in our Motorhome.

     The service was first class and the care taken to ensure we had the correct measurements was excellent (we have a French fixed bed). Delivery was quicker than expected and the result was better than I had hoped for.

     I had one night’s sleep in the van to see how the mattress was and I had a great sleep and woke feeling relaxed. The best sleep in a long time therefore we will be looking to replace our mattress for our bad at home.

     I cannot recommend Sam and his colleagues at Customised Beds highly enough. At a time when we have every reason to have second thoughts on purchases such as this it is reassuring that we have the experience of dealing with Sam and his team.

     My Daughter has been unwell and needing to sleep on a downstairs settee for over a year. The original cushions were failing. We needed a small made to measure mattress.      We ordered a split mattress for the cross bed on our narrowboat. We live a long way from the boat so we asked for a couple of days’ notice of the delivery date. Delivery was confirmed on Friday afternoon and at 9am on Monday morning the box arrived. It was easy to get into the boat and unwrap the two pieces, and after leaving them for 48 hours as recommended we slept on the mattress for the first time last night. We are delighted with the comfort and quality. It was a pleasure to deal with Sam and Myles, who were both friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

     The mattress was brought for a non standard sized bed in a box room, I was a bit worried about it being memory foam as I’ve slept on memory foam before and didn’t really like it so thats why I chose the ComfiCel Cool option. I needn’t have worried, the mattress is very comfortable, in the two weeks I’ve had it, I’ve slept better than I have in ages. The only down side is because it is thick it is a bit hard to pull out as the bed is enclosed on three sides and some sort of handle would would have made it easier. I also ordered a pair of custom fitted sheets to go with it which are excellent.

     Love this mattress, it’s super comfy and just perfect for our little girls custom made mid sleeper bed! Was a bit dubious at first with opting for a memoryfoam, although I’m so glad I did! It makes it so much easier when changing bedding (I had a 1000 sprung mattress on her bed before, total nightmare to change!). And the temperature doesn’t seem to affect her even in this heat, so hopefully the gel element is working. Also great service, took just over a week to arrive (compared to 3 months from the custom made sprung mattress I’d ordered previously from another company!)      We have both had back problems for many years, and 5 years ago decided to sell up and move into a 33 year old fiat motorhome! The bed was awful and we gad to make it every night from jigsaw pieces of cushions! Fast forward to a year ago we now have a lovely Swift Charisma caravan with a fixed bed which is a big improvement but the mattress was horrendous. We saw all the amazing reviews on the custom made beds site snd decided to go for it! The difference is unbelievable… I work night shifts at the local hospital so I sleep during the day.. I got into bed yesterday morning and slept soundly for hours without hardly moving at all…something that is unheard of for me… last night hubby snd I had our first night in the new bed together and let’s just say..it is MAGNIFICENT. We slept so well, no roll together, peaceful, no back or hip pain, no restless tossing and turning, it was truly amazing.      Cool Blue double nearly 4yrs old now, still an outstanding kip.
     Just washed the zip cover after over 11K hours sleep (says the calculator). It seriously needed laundering, bloke sweat stains due hiccup in blood pressure meds. 4hrs soak in the bath with that Oxy powder stuff, coolish machine wash & dried easy overnight. Cover fetched up almost like new, well impressed. Was thinking of asking Myles for a spare cover but no point, the cover is simple wash & wear.
     Foam base has an “aged” colour to it hence 4 stars but don’t care. Lovely sleeping throughout the four seasons.

     Hi we bought the ComfiCell Cool for our motorhome as we needed a specific shape and got one with exaxt fit. It was so amazing that my wife wanted one at home so we bought a single super king and replaced her water mattress and it fit perfectly in the water bed mattress cover beside my water mattress. I slept on her side and then ordered another and replaced my water mattress. The ComfiCell Cool is an amazing mattress so comfortable.      First website I looked at for a custom made mattress. 6′ x 2′ for my narrowboat single berth.

     Have to admit the order process was seamless, and just to verified I had ordered correctly, I had a phone chat with customer service who were very professional, polite and knowledgeable in there need for the right type of mattress needed. I am nearly 15 stone so have a bit of timber round me.

     Bed arrive well before delivery time, rolled up vacuum packed for easy installation.

     Mattress looks good with supplied cover and is nice and solid plus very comfortable to lay on.

     Really pleased with the service that I received, and very well worth the money.

     Wiil certainly buy a replacement from sometime in the future when a replacement is needed.

     We took our Motorhome out for the first time and we hardly slept as the mattress was useless. I came across Customsizebeds on FB and contacted them asking how quick they could make a new mattress as we were due to leave on our trip in three weeks. Their normal turn around is two weeks so didn’t leave us with much scope. It took a good few days to confirm the measurements but once that was done the mattress went into production and was delivered to our door in just over a week. The full process took two weeks, the communication was fantastic and I can’t praise the staff enough.
     This is first class service that is very rare these days.

     The old mattress was 11year old and the nights were getting worse sleeping and rolling into the middle
     Our new mattress we ordered was the 200 deep one with the cooling layer
     When the box came we thought we had ordered the wrong size it was a lot smaller than the bed but this was because the mattress was vacuum packed
     How delighted we were when it rose on the bed fitting exactly how it should
     We left it for the 24 hours to settle
     I’ve got to say it is more comfortable than our bed at home and we have a quality mattress on that

     With my dad having to sleep on a hospital bed in the front room my mum has started sleeping on the sofa next to him. Fits like a glove in our campervan and is very well made with a lovely zip off cover for extra protection. We opted for a 6″ mattress with the best topper and a firm base. On our first nights camp it was superb, dare I say better than our mattress at home. The dogs absolutely love it too !! We also ordered some custom made base sheets and the separate mattress anti moisture underlay roll which we cut to size ourselves.      Custom size beds were recommended on a camper van forum. I have to be honest I thought they were a little expensive to begin with, but once I took the old mattress out (which was the cheapest bit of foam ever) and replaced it with the new one I realised I was paying for the best. The difference in quality between the old and the new were both visible and demonstrable when I had my first good nights sleep since I bought the motorhome.
     Don’t look at the total cost, look at how much more it is for a top quality mattress over a cheap and cheerful. That £100-150 is definitely worth paying.

     I have bought 2 mattresses – a custom cut mattress for an odd shaped bed 7 years ago and a standard size firm mattress in 2024 and I’m very pleased with them. Also very pleased with the fit of the odd shape mattress and help given to get the measurements amd cut right.
     I have trouble sleeping so the mattresses help hugely. Only one thing is that the mattress cover gets stained from sweat.
     I have a bad back and neck and find the mattresses help and would definately recommend to someone who is new to memory foam mattresses, it comes vaccum packed so is easier to carry to the right room.

     After a period of research to replace our motorhome island bed mattress which was ok but needed a topper for better comfort. Unfortunately the original MH mattress and Topper seemed to object to each other and moved independently making bed making a daily nightmare !! We contacted Custom Size Beds, had a good discussion on types, grade and price and ordered a high spec model 200mm thick with round corners to match the existing shape but slightly longer. It fits perfectly and very comfortable to sleep on, medium firm. Delighted with purchase which should last for our motorhoming life throughout the UK and EU.

     Wasn’t happy with the mattress. Ordered a custom size mattress, which had great reviews. Though the customers service was fantastic, delivery was right on time, the mattress was very uncomfortable, and it got really hot, the cool memory foam wasn’t effective.
     Customer service advised I should give it time.
     6 weeks later, I ended up throwing the mattress, 400+ pounds wasted. I do not recommend this product.

     This is our second mattress from this amazing company, a change of motorhome meant we needed another new mattress, unlike our first mattress which was a simple rectangular one this new motorhome mattress was a fixed bed with left corner curve. After submitting initial measurements they pointed out the curve measurement disnt appear to be correct, some more measurements later everything g appeared correct and whilst holding my breath I submitted the measurements, knowing if I got it wrong it was a keeper regardless. Deliveryntime was prompt and on opening the package the mattress was a perfect fit and after a day or so allowing it to fully expand its unbelievably comfortable (best model) .i should never have doubted the expertise of this team. Can’t wait to get away now and enjoy the comfort and some lie ins. Highly recommended to use this company, excellent quality, staff and product. Many thanks guys.

     After having a rough few months due to breast cancer I rang the bell and was told I would feel rough for a few weeks and to take it easy, so my husband decided we should go away in our new caravan (we never got the chance to try it out after we bought it) I had already decided that the matress was too firm for me so we ordered a custom size beds matress for me.      We cannot thank the team enough for their support throughout the process. The mattress is super comfortable (AeroFresh 200mm thick) and we are sleeping better than ever on our narrowboat. However, I would like to express my sincere thanks as the team went over and above what we have experienced from other manufacturing firms. When we received our first delivery the main section was slightly bigger than requested, but within the manufacturing tolerances as stated within BS 1334:1996. I really didn’t expect it as most firms would have left it at that but the team were keen to ensure we had a 100% positive experience. They arranged for a replacement mattress section to be forwarded without delay and we have been able to donate the original mattress to a local charity (after I cut it down to suit a single bed!). Many, many thanks and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to others.

     We recently purchased one of your bespoke mattresses for our caravan. Initial impressions are that it is a comfortable, firm mattress and are really pleased as it appears to be excellent value for money. It was ready for delivery within two weeks of placing the order.

     The downside aspect was the delivery. Specific delivery instructions were arranged as we knew we wouldn’t be on site and neighbours agreed to provide access for delivery. However, the couriers ignored the instructions and dumped the mattress at site office 200 metres away. There was no email confirmation of delivery and it was only by accident that the neighbour found it there. He subsequently had to load it, with difficulty, into his car and transport it to our caravan. With help he managed to carry it inside.

     I would encourage would-be buyers to ensure their delivery arrangements are adhered to as these mattresses are very weighty to lift and carry.

     I recently used Custom size Beds to replace a mattress on my yacht, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Finding high-quality bedding that fits the unique dimensions of a boat cabin can be a challenge, but this team nailed it
     The turnaround time was impressive. They handled the request with professional speed without sacrificing quality.
     The “fit” is the most critical part of yacht bedding due to awkward angles and specific frames. The mattress fits incredibly accuratelyl sliding into place perfectly. The crafting is top-tier. The comfort level is truly amazing—it’s easily one of the best nights of sleep I’ve had on the water.

     I am beyond impressed with the “amazing all round” service. I will definitely be ordering more for the rest of my cabin beds. I would highly recommend for any boat owner looking for a bespoke sleep solution!

We complicated things by going on holiday as soon as we ordered but our request to delay the delivery date was met with no problems. Courier contacted us to give a time slot as promised.      Astounding product. I was really happy to receive this mattress and the hope of a decent sleep in my motorhome and I wasn’t disappointed. It is quite possibly the comfiest mattress I’ve ever slept on. I’ll tell you how good…family came to stay and space at home was limited, and I elected to sleep in the motorhome because it was so comfortable. Don’t hesitate to buy this.      iI called after 1 night in my new motorhome,i slept on the bench seats and it was agony. i spoke to a gentleman called Miles, he could not have been more helpful all i did was measure the size of each bench (usually they are slightly different) and told Miles what i thought i needed. he helped me through the options and had 2 single mattresses made in record time. they were delivered vacuum packed and voila, open them up leave them to poof up and perfect luxury perfect fitting beds!
     the service was totally amazing sales manufacturing and delivery.
     by the way the mattresses at the best quality ever, i may order some for my beds at home.
     well done to the whole team. i will be back to you for more 🙂

     Mattress arrived and I was a little dubious because of how flat it looked, panic was starting to set in. But I followed the guidance of leaving the bedding off when in situ and sure enough we have an extremely comfy, well fitting mattress! Here’s to many nights away without a broken back! 🙂

     We ordered a custom-size mattress from CSB (Custom Size Beds) to replace the original factory-fitted mattress in our American A-Class RV, and we couldn’t be happier with it.

     The service was excellent from start to finish, with the mattress made to our requirements and delivered only around a week after ordering, which was very impressive.

     Most importantly, it is extremely comfortable and has made a huge difference to the RV. When you spend time away in what is effectively your “home on wheels”, having a really comfortable bed makes all the difference, and this mattress has been a fantastic addition.

     We ordered a custom mattress for our VW campervan. It’s divided into 3 sections with fabric joints. So we are able to fold it and stack behind our rear seats. It makes it so easy to unfold once the rock n roll bed is made up.
     More importantly it is so comfortable to lie on. We can’t wait to go on a trip next week. It is a huge improvement on the conventional mattress/toppers in the majority of campervans. The depth, quality and finish are first class. The team were also so helpful on the phone when I chatted through what I was looking for.

     Puchased a new mattress from Custom Beds recently and their help and advice was excellent.
     We ordered our bespoke mattress which was delivered within 7 days. Having used it last week we are loving it already and had the best 7 nights sleep since we bought our Chausson 640 three years ago. The only annoyance being we should have purchased the mattress when we bought the Chausson. Custom Beds mattress is a game changer for us.
