We take great pride in the craftsmanship and quality of all our mattresses, however occasionally there are times when things don’t always go to plan. In the very rare instance that your new mattress develops a fault, we want to work with you and get things put right, which is why all of our mattresses are backed up by either a 5 or 10 year warranty.
All of our mattresses and toppers are backed by a 5 year limited warranty, whilst our top of the range ‘ComfiCel Gel Foam’ and ‘ComfiCel Cool Memory Foam’ mattresses with a full foam construction are backed by a massive 10 year limited warranty!
Should you ever find that your new mattress has developed a fault, please contact us via email informing us of the nature of your problem and also include your original order number or delivery postcode. One our team members will respond promptly before investigating the issue with a view to providing a remedy.
