5 Year Limited Warranty

At Custom Size Beds we take pride in manufacturing products which have been produced with care and attention by our highly skilled craftsmen. In the unlikely event that your new mattress develops a fault, we want to work with you and get things put right, which is why many of our mattresses include a 5 year limited warranty

Our 5 year limited warranty applies to our Premium Memory Foam, ComfiCel® Gel Foam and ComfiCel® Cool Memory Foam mattresses only.

To make a claim the purchaser must provide proof of purchase by supplying an invoice or receipt. All complaints must be submitted via letter or e-mail stating the nature of the fault backed up by photographic evidence.
